If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we certainly want to fix that.
We generally do not process returns. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you to find a solution – whether that be a refund or replacement.
You have 10 calendar days from the date you received a damaged or defective item to notify us of the issue. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may ask that you send us a photo of the damaged product.
Once we receive your message, we will contact you for additional details if necessary and to discuss the best way forward.
If we decide upon a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
If we decide to replace your order, we will send you an identical replacement via USPS ground mail.
All cold item orders are final. We use plenty of coolant material to ensure your order arrives cold, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for cold item shipments.
