Shipping Prices and Methods
For shipments within the United States (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses), Creole & Cajun Cuisine uses the following shipping rates:

Deliveries are generally shipped via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Shipping time estimates refer to the transit time once an order has been shipped. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
We are always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for all of our customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice. Shipments may be slightly delayed during the Christmas holiday season.
As the owner of the company often uses one of these addresses, we warmly welcome our colleagues to our store. There will be times when we offer specials exclusively for this group. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship cold items to these addresses yet, but we continue to work on offering this. (Hopefully soon!)
Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping times listed do not apply to APO/FPO/DPO orders. Most orders ship within one business day.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these charges beforehand. We also cannot give you an estimate of the cost because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
At this time, cold items cannot be shipped internationally. Shipping times listed do not apply to international orders. For most destinations, the transit time is 6-10 days (not including any potential customs delays).
After you place your order, you will receive an email notification stating that your order is in process. After we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Tracking ID number and instructions on how to track your order.
We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
Doing Right By You (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our service. We generally do not process returns. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you to find a solution, whether that be a refund or replacement (please see the “Cold Shipping” section for how those orders are handled).
